Prices for gold bars and jewelry are derived from the live international gold spot price and are updated regularly. The price charged is the price displayed at the moment your order is placed and paid. Displayed prices in currencies other than AED are converted at current exchange rates.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization. We accept major payment cards. If a payment fails or is not completed, no order is created and no amount is charged.
Orders are shipped fully insured with direct and private delivery to your door. Delivery times vary by destination and will be communicated after your order is confirmed.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@ibngold.com to arrange a return in line with our free-returns policy. Refunds for returned items are processed to the original payment method. Because gold prices fluctuate, refund amounts correspond to the amount originally paid.
