When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
Your data is used to process and deliver orders, manage your account, send order and account emails, and, if you subscribe, our newsletter. We detect your approximate location once per visit to preselect a display currency.
We share data only with the service providers required to run the store: our payment processor, image hosting, and email delivery providers. We do not sell your personal data.
Order records are retained as required by UAE commercial regulations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting info@ibngold.com.
